Excerpts & News

My Story
Mike Mitchell is a writer and entrepreneur. The Missouri native attended his first major league game at the age of five. He doesn't recall the score, but he vividly remembers Lou Brock's walk-up music and eating ice cream with a wooden spoon.
This is his second book. His first, Show-Me Kings: Bootheel Ball, The Cookson Clan, & A Run-And-Gun All-Star Show, celebrated the history of high school basketball in Missouri. A former television producer and health care consultant, Mike has a journalism degree from the University of Missouri and an MBA from the University of Tennessee.
